Maintenance

Battery replacement:

If the light in the Personal Injector becomes dim, it is time to replace the battery.

Keep the Personal Injector upright as you replace the battery.
Unscrew the Personal Injector battery cover.
Remove the old battery.
Replace it with a new Lithium 3v battery.
Make sure the positive (+) end of the battery is nearest the end of the Personal Injector.
Replace the battery cover.
There is a small spring behind the battery. Do not lose it!
Make sure the spring is properly in place before inserting the new battery.

Cleaning:

Never clean the equipment with methylated spirits or strong solvents.
Use only a mild soap solution and wipe the equipment with a moist cloth, wrung up.

Worth knowing:

Except for the battery and light guide unit the Personal Injector is autoclave proof.

The Personal Injector is tested and approved according to both national- and European standards.
Each Injector is personally tested and marked with a serial number.
